Gas Cap Leak Test

All gasoline-fueled vehicles 1995 and older will receive a Gas Cap Leak Test to detect any escaping fuel vapors. Missing or malfunctioning gas caps will cause your vehicle to FAIL its emissions test.  This condition leads to significant levels of pollution caused by escaping hydrocarbons.
